Once upon a time there was a king in Scotland name Robert Bruce. He loved his country and his people, and they love him too. But one day, enemie attack his kingdom, and he have to run away. He found a cave and sit there, feeling very sad and tired.
Robert want to get his kingdom back, so he tried to fight his enemies. He try six times, but each time he failed. Even after the seventh try, he still couldn’t win. He was very upset and thinking he was never be success.
when siting in the cave, Robert saw a small spider trying to climb the cave wall. The spider tried to climb up but fell down again and again. It try seven times and failed each time, just like the king. But on the eighth try, the spider finally made it to the top.
Seeing this, Robert Bruce feel hopeful again. Robert Bruce thinking If the little spider didn’t give up, why should He give up? So, he decided to try one more time. This time, he fight hard and won.
He got his kingdom back and he learn that if you don’t give up, you can win, even after many failure.
