A Greedy Dog Story
One day, a dog stole a piece of meat from a shop. He ran away quickly and reached a river. There was a wooden bridge over the river, and the dog started crossing it.
When river crossing, he look down and seew his reflection in the water. But the dog thought it was another dog with a bigger piece of meat. The greedy dog wanted that meat too.
He barked to scare the other dog and take its meat. But as soon as he opened his mouth, his own piece of meat fell into the water and was swept away by the river.
In the end, the greedy dog lost his meat and felt very sad. He realized that his greed made him lose what he already had.

A Greedy Dog Story Bangla
একদিন একটি কুকুর একটি দোকান থেকে মাংসের টুকরো চুরি করল। সে দ্রুত পালিয়ে গেল এবং একটি নদীর কাছে পৌঁছাল। নদীর উপর একটি কাঠের পুল ছিল, আর কুকুরটি তা পেরোতে শুরু করল।
পুল পার হওয়ার সময়, সে নিচে তাকিয়ে নদীর পানিতে নিজের প্রতিচ্ছবি দেখল। কিন্তু কুকুরটি ভাবল, এটা আরেকটি কুকুর, যার মুখে আরও বড় মাংসের টুকরো। লোভী কুকুরটি সেই মাংসটিও পেতে চাইল।
সে আরেক কুকুরটিকে ভয় দেখানোর জন্য ঘেউ ঘেউ করতে শুরু করল এবং মাংসটা কেড়ে নিতে চাইল। কিন্তু সে যখন মুখ খুলল, তখন তার নিজের মাংসের টুকরোটি পানিতে পড়ে গেল এবং স্রোতে ভেসে চলে গেল।
শেষে, লোভী কুকুরটি তার মাংস হারিয়ে খুবই দুঃখ পেল। সে বুঝতে পারল, লোভের কারণে সে নিজের যা ছিল সেটাও হারিয়ে ফেলেছে।
