I am a resident of Uttara and I would like to inform you about some serious problems caused by anti-social activities in our area.
For the last few months, some people have been gathering in the streets and getting involved in drugs, gambling, and disturbing behavior. They play loud music, tease pedestrians, and sometimes even fight with each other.
These activities usually happen in the evening and night. As a result, students cannot concentrate on their studies, and many people feel unsafe going outside.
We have tried to stop them, but they ignore our requests. These actions are creating fear among the residents of Uttara.
I kindly request you take the necessary steps to stop these anti-social activities and bring peace back to our neighborhood.
